This clock was a beheamoth of layers. I crafted the shoreline using acrylic glass sand and painted it a bit for some textural variance. The sandy shoreline sits above the resin waters that are lapping in. The ocean waters are from many layers of pigment resins that I manipulated with several sizes of blow torches for different effects. It is really fun to look at it person since those layers can be seen and capture an almost drone-like imagery.
